Born in the dark alleys of Matlack Street, the West Chester, PA quartet mehsh weaves threads of rock, jam, funk, and freeform into an eclectic fabric to drape upon your soul. Mixing crafted covers and creative compositions, the band offers a cocktail of resonance and reverb that can be sipped or slammed, leaving listeners with a sonic aftertaste often accompanied by the revelation of "they're not that bad".

From their acoustic roots as a trio known as Fat Pants, guitarists Andy Micucci and Joe El, along with bassist Scott Fritch, coalesced their unique sound during formative college years. Meanwhile, drummer Ben Griffin was exploring a musical journey with the electronica project Signal Path. Fate and friends led to the forging of the foursome and Fat Pants became Skinny Jeans...but only briefly. As the quartet continued to mesh musically, a new moniker began to simmer to the surface...and mehsh emerged.
